The Village Pulse
We are part of the landscape. A 13-minute walk to the mountain golf course, or a shuttle to the thermal springs. The rhythms of local life are your neighbors.

Step Outside
Daniel calls it 'the most beautiful golf course I've ever seen', with mountains visible throughout every swing. Even if you don't play, a walk here offers panoramic views. Six minutes by car brings you to the thermal springs. For 2000 years, people have come to these waters seeking healing. The land's gift, not a commercial product.

The 30-Minute Radius
La Mongie ski resort: 30 lifts, one of the largest in the Pyrenees. Morning on the slopes, afternoon back for tea and sunset. The commute from sanctuary to snow is shorter than many urban commutes. Pic du Midi Observatory: The highest peak in the central Pyrenees, France's only Dark Sky Reserve. Here you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. From the observatory peak by day and from our garden by night, you gaze at the same stars.

Go Deeper
Parc National des Pyrénées: Cliffs, canyons and waterfalls form the most spectacular landscapes of the Pyrenees. Europe's last wilderness awaits. Here, hikers find true solitude and freedom. Lourdes: France's second most visited city after Paris. Regardless of faith, it's worth seeing. Millions of pilgrims each year create a unique cultural landscape.

Cross the Border
Ainsa: A medieval Spanish town with turquoise lake waters. After a two-hour drive, about the length of a leisurely breakfast, you're in Spain. In the Pyrenees, borders are just part of the scenery.
